Dudullu Bus Terminal
To arrive by Metro + Ferry: From Dudullu Bus Terminal, you need to walk approximately 14 minutes to İmes Station on the M8 metro line. From there, take the metro toward Bostancı and get off at Kozyatağı Station. Transfer to the M4 line and get off at the last stop, Kadıköy. Follow Exit 4 (Şehir Hatları) and take the Karaköy ferry. From Karaköy Pier, follow the route below to reach Casa Rosa. (*last ferry from Kadıköy to Karaköy is at 01.00 a.m.)

Public ferries (Şehir Hatları) loop between Karaköy, Eminönü and Beşiktaş on the European side and Kadıköy and Üsküdar on the Asian side. A single crossing takes 15–20 minutes. Operating hours vary by line — check the live timetables below.
A one-way ticket costs less than a takeaway coffee and works with the IstanbulKart. The long Bosphorus tour uses the same ticket; the private boats charge five times more for half the experience.

⚠ Heads up at the airports
If someone approaches you at IST or SAW offering to “help” you buy an İstanbulkart, walk away — this is a known scam. The official Biletmatik machines are clearly marked, self-service, and take under a minute to use.
1. Where to Buy
- Airports: Yellow/blue vending machines (Biletmatik) on the arrival floors of both Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW).
- Stations: Machines are available at the entrance of almost every metro, tram, and ferry station.
2. Cost
- The anonymous card itself costs 165 TL (non-refundable).
- This fee is for the empty card only; you must load credits onto it to travel.
3. How to Load Money (Top-up)
- Biletmatik Machines: Place your card on the white reader. Insert Turkish Lira banknotes into the slot. The machine will automatically load the total amount.
- Note: These machines do not give change. Use small banknotes (50, 100, or 200 TL notes are usually best depending on your planned trips).
- Mobile App:Download the official “Istanbulkart” app to top up using a credit card (requires registration).
4. Good to Know
- One Card for All: A single card can be used for up to 5 people.
- Fares: A standard single ride (Bus, Metro, Tram) is 42 TL (changing from metro to ferry, etc.).

The ones you will actually use: M2 through Taksim and Levent, the historic T1 tram from Kabataş through Sultanahmet, and the F1 funicular linking Kabataş to Taksim in under two minutes.
Marmaray under the Bosphorus connects Sirkeci to the Asian side in under five minutes — the fastest crossing in the city if you are not in the mood for a ferry.

The hotel has 8 individually designed rooms, for an intimate boutique stay.
Is the hotel suitable for guests with limited mobility?
Casa Rosa Suites is a historic boutique building with no elevator (lift), and the rooms are reached by stairs. For this reason we are unfortunately not able to accommodate wheelchair users or guests who have difficulty with stairs. If you have any mobility concerns, please contact the team before booking and we'll be glad to advise.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
İstanbul Airport (IST) is about 45 minutes away by Havaist bus or taxi, and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) is 60–75 minutes. The team is happy to arrange airport transfers on request.
